These Terms and Conditions govern all tattoo services provided by the artist. By booking and attending an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

The minimum price for a tattoo is AUD $200. A full session is charged at AUD $1,000 and generally lasts six to seven hours. Each session includes consultation, design, necessary breaks, and touch-ups if required. Should a tattoo extend beyond the estimated time, the additional work will be charged at the same rate as a full session. The final cost of a project may vary depending on its size and complexity.

A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the total cost is required in order to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, a deposit may be transferred to a new booking date, provided that sufficient notice is given and such transfer is accepted at the sole discretion of the artist. Deposits must be paid by electronic transfer.

All clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and are required to provide valid identification before any tattoo procedure begins. The client must inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the commencement of the tattoo. The artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if it is determined that proceeding may compromise the client’s health, safety, or the quality of the work.

All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise used without prior written consent. The artist may retain the right to photograph and use images of completed tattoos for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon completion of the tattoo, the artist will provide the client with aftercare instructions. The client is solely responsible for following these guidelines, and the artist shall not be held liable for any issues, complications, or unsatisfactory results caused by the client’s failure to adhere to the aftercare process. The client acknowledges that tattoos are permanent in nature, and that healing outcomes may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and other external factors.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued bookings and appointments following the publication of updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Payment details are processed securely by third parties and are not stored by the artist.

Personal information is used to confirm appointments, communicate about your tattoo, and maintain records for safety and aftercare. Information is never sold and is only shared with trusted service providers when required to process payments, operate the website, or comply with legal obligations.

The artist takes reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted online.
